Shipping Estimate

While I try to get the system to accurately estimate shipping, it is not always possible. So if you overpay for shipping due to ordering multiple items, then the difference will be refunded.

Shipping within the UK

Items will be sent via UK standard delivery using Royal Mail, or using a parcel scraper site if the shipping is more economical.
UK standard delivery aims for delivery within 6 working days.

I use a parcel scraper site to find an economical delivery option for you, so the postal provider will differ.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & POSTAL HANDLING FEES

The customer is responsible for the cost of any import duties, taxes, and postal handling fees that may be added to an item when importing from the UK to your country.

Returns

If for any other reason, you are not happy with the item then it needs to be returned to me in good condition. No refund is available if the item is not sent back in the original condition received. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days from receipt of goods. A refund is possible too. Postage costs are non-refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer who must ensure the item arrives safely.

In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, please notify me within 2 days of receipt with a photo.

Please do not use the prints, or any images on our website or social media pages without written permission to do so. It is a breach of copyright to do otherwise.

My designs have taken ample time to develop. Please do not copy any designs and pass this off as your own. This is a breach of copyright. Many individuals and organizations are not aware of their liabilities when doing this.
