This piece has evolved over a few weeks and started with a contemplation on the maya, shamanism and skills beyond natural occurrence. As I sat longer with it and was listening to the teachings of zazen and buddhism via the poetic interpretations of Alan Watts, his insights inspired me towards yet another inquiry about the nature of the self.
This is not to say that I am in the illusion of having arrived at a conclusion or a finding on the matter at all. But, I felt quite unknowing and peaceful in the process of it.
